Ah, good old multi-sport racing.
This year, I plan to participate in two 70.3 triathlon races. The first will be a B-priority race in September. The second, an A priority race in December. I'll plan to finish sub-6-hour in September, and sub-5:30 in December.
One interesting choice I'm making this year, is that I'll focus primarily on running in the early season to maximize speed gained. In the later half of the season, I'll bring swimming and biking off the back burner for ~10 weeks. During these 10 weeks, I'll plan to keep my running moderate, and see if the speed gains earlier in the year translate into Z2 speed gains.
