I started training with Trainer Road, which is an app that uses machine learning to help you maximize your power gains (pretty cool!). My current FTP is 155W, and my W/kg is 1.97. So close to that 2 W/kg mark!
To hit a goal of sub-5:30, I'd like to have a rough time breakdown of 37 min swimming, 172 min biking, and 105 min running. To hit 172 min would require a pace of 19.5 mph, requiring an FTP of 180 W, meaning about 2.3 W/kg. I've got my work cut out for me, but it's also not out of the realm of possibility.
